Riot Stanley (they) holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, a CACREP-accredited institution. Their academic background is further supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the same institution.

Riot’s professional focus is on providing empathetic and personalized support to individuals facing diverse challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. Their approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the unique struggles that individuals from marginalized communities encounter. As a brown and queer person residing in Texas, Riot has firsthand experience with the systemic barriers, discrimination, and societal pressures that marginalized groups face daily.

Riot, a native of Corpus Christi, currently resides in Houston, Texas, with their two furry companions. In their free time, they enjoy spending quality time with loved ones, journaling, doodling, listening to music, and actively participating in the queer community.

Riot is not credentialed with health insurance plans, however they are able to utilize supervisory billing with Aetna and Cigna plans.
