FEES AND INSURANCE ACCEPTED
 

Synchronicity Counseling, PLLC offers clients to choose from a Self-Determined Fee Schedule based on their proximity to power, privilege, and resources if they do not have health insurance or are electing to opt out of using health insurance for counseling services.  The Self-Determined Fee Schedule for each counselor will vary based on experience and professional license.  Each session will be approximately 55 minutes.

 

Adam A. Sauceda, MA, LPC-S, RPT

Adam is in network with Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and Optum/United.

Gonzalo Guerra, MA, LPC-Associate

Jensen Campbell, PhD

Dr. Jensen is currently in network with Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, Cigna, and Optum/United.

Max Bellman-Seeskin, MA, LPC

Max is currently in network with Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, and Optum/United.  He is in the process of becoming in network with Cigna.

Please note: Synchronicity Counseling is out of network with BCBS HMO plans managed by Magellan.  A "Superbill" or "A Statement for Insurance Reimbursement" will be provided upon request for all clients using out of network benefits to submit to their insurance company.  In addition, some insurance companies do not provide coverage for some diagnoses.   Please call your health insurance provider to verify your benefits.  In addition, many insurance companies will not reimburse for services provided by a LPC-Associate.

Forms of Payment

Cash, credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover), and health savings account cards are accepted forms of payment for services. We do not accept checks. Only credit card payments are accepted at this time. A credit card must be on file at all times; no exceptions.
